How to troubleshoot "No templates matched" error
If you encounter the error " No templates matched" there are a couple of things you can check for.
Every Scrive Go setup is customer specific and each template that your organisation uses needs to be setup by Scrive for the system to recognise and correctly handle your PDF. Hence, you should ask yourself the following;
- Are you trying to upload a new kind of document that hasn't been setup by Scrive?
You can only upload a document if it has been setup by Scrive.
- If it has been possible to upload the document before, have you made any changes to the document?
- Do you have an earlier version of the document that does not generate the error that you can compare with?
If you notice that your document indeed is different from previous versions, you can re-use an old version that works. However, if it's not possible to use an old version (perhaps that version is obsolete in your organisation) you need to contact Scrive to order a new setup.
