Hubspot release updates
Personal identity number as standard field
Live 08.11.22
To further automate your workflow, it is now possible to include a personal identity number, associated to a contact, as a standard field in the signing HubSpot process. This means that if you are using a personal identity number in any of your authentication processes, it will automatically be added to the signing process.
To include a personal ID number as a standard field, begin by choosing or creating a property in the Contact object which you would like to act as the personal identity number standard field. Lastly, when initiating a new signing process through the Scrive card, go to “General settings” and define which field you would like to act as the standard field.
Cross object field mapping
Live 05.10.22
To improve the workflow of using Scrive templates through Hubspot, you are now able to map data included in associated objects; Contact-, Company- and Custom objects. In order to map associated object data, add the associated object name, the associated object number of order, and the associated object standard field.
For example, if you would like to add an associated contact email, an associated company name and an associated custom object field, the following field structure would be required:
-
contact.0.email
-
customobjectname.0.propertyname
If you have a custom object called Projects, this field would then be: project.0.propertyname
Moreover, if you have two associated contacts and wants to add the email address of both contacts, the template fields would look like the following:
-
contact.0.email
-
contact.1.email
eSign documents directly from a HubSpot quote
Live 06.09.22
It is now possible to eSign documents directly from HubSpot quotes created in the HubSpot quoting tool. This means that all HubSpot quotes associated with a deal will be displayed as signing options when you initiate a signing process through the Scrive card.
If you are already using Scrive through HubSpot, reinstall the app in order to get access to the update. This is done by the following steps:
- Reinstall the Scrive app.
- Close the browser.
- Done! HubSpot quotes scope has now been enabled in the Scrive app.
Note that all documents previously signed through the app are still saved within your HubSpot environment.
