What is included in my subscription?
Here you can find more information of costs that are included in our different subscriptions.
Subscriptions at Scrive include fixed fees and are invoiced in advance annually. Variable fees are charged in arrears. If you are using the different transaction types it will be invoiced in arrears.
Notice period terms and conditions
The standardised notice period term is 3 months prior to the renewal date of your current Scrive agreement. The renewal date is based on the start date of your main contract with Scrive. To find the start date, renewal date or notice period terms and conditions please view your agreement with Scrive.
If the notice is received later than 3 months prior to the renewal date, the agreement will remain valid for an additional period of 12 months at a time - until terminated by a written notice, provided no less than 3 months prior to the expiration of the current 12-month period.
Standard payment terms
As stated in our standard payment terms:
"Payments shall be made by Licensee within the number of days specified in the main Agreement document. Should Licensee dispute the invoiced amount, or a part thereof, Licensee shall give Scrive proper notice and pay any undisputed amount, where after the Parties shall seek to resolve the dispute. Any overdue and undisputed payments shall carry an interest in accordance with the Swedish Interest Act.
In the event of Licensee’s failure to pay an undisputed invoice within forty-five (45) days from the date when the payment is due, and after having received at least one written payment reminder, Scrive shall - in addition to its claims for overdue interest - be entitled to revoke forthwith and without liability, the License granted hereunder to Licensee by written notice to Licensee in which case the Agreement shall automatically terminate."
Exception payment terms
On some occasions, customers can make an agreement involving particular payment terms. In that case, it is required by the company to reach out to the designated customer success manager at Scrive, who is the main point of contact for the customer, in order to adress any questions or wishes of changes. The licenses sold by Scrive are auto-renewed. The renewal date is based on the start date of the agreement which you can find in your agreement.
