To terminate your agreement with Scrive, a written notice needs to be sent to email@example.com.
Please note that the notice must be sent by an authorised signatory in your organisation.
A written notice can be sent in upon the expiration of the minimum term of the agreement. Please view your Scrive agreement to find your minimum term. The standardised notice period term is 3 months prior to the renewal date of your current Scrive agreement.
The service can be used as normal prior to the notice - from the time period of the written notice to the end date of the agreement. The end date of the agreement is based on the start date and renewal of the agreement. To find information regarding start date as well as notice period terms please view your agreement with Scrive.
Upon the end date of your agreement with Scrive, you have ten days to export remaining documents from the Scrive services. After the given period to export your data from Scrive, your documents will be deleted.
