Change of Company Information or ownership
To change any company information for your organisation at Scrive, please contact our customer success team through cos@scrive.com or your personal customer success contact.
If you wish to change information such as company name or company organisation number in a new contract with Scrive the updated information needs to be sent out as a new copy of the contract.
Moreover, if your company is being acquired by another company, please reach out to cos@scrive.com or support@scrive.com and we will make sure that your Scrive agreement is being transferred in the correct way to the new organisation. Please make sure that an authorised signatory party from both companies are included in the request.
Note! Make sure that it is the person who is authorised to sign for the company who is the one requesting changes regarding company information.

To change your billing email or invoice reference please reach out to your customer success contact or support@scrive.com for help with this.
Copy of agreement information
You can find all what is included in your subscription at Scrive in your agreement. If you wish to receive a copy of your current Scrive agreement, reach out to support@scrive.com or your customer success manager for assistance. Access to view the agreement must be granted by the authorised signatory from your company. Please make sure to include the authorised signatory in the request.
