Template setup guide
Before you get started
Be advised that it is recommended to set this up with your Sympa contact to avoid any issues with the flow. An administration account for your Sympa environment is a requirement to be able to setup templates.
Template setup
The eSign templates for Sympa are setup using custom properties which specifies what settings the document should have, you can find all the custom properties by following this link below:
To setup an eSign template in Sympa you need to navigate to the "Contract of Employment" object. You can reach this section by navigating to "Settings" -> "Formbases", then open up "Contract of Employment" and select "Data field settings". Finally edit the document table with the name "Employment contracts (Scrive API)".
On this new page you'll be able to adjust the template to your liking.
Note: You can create several "template documents" to be used, however you can only create one eSign setup for the environment.
Here you edit several sections relating to the e-signing process:
- How many signers should be present.
- Where the signer details should be fetched.
- Which identification method should be used.
- The custom properties you want to use.
