What can the integration do
Scrive offers an employee Onboarding Connector for SuccessFactors providing with automated digital contract signing features while onboarding employees in SuccessFactors based on certain business rules and configuration.
Adding Scrive to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enables you to automate employee onboarding by integrating electronic signature workflows into a seamless end-to-end digital process. Auto-populate agreements to avoid errors, securely identify your signing parties with eID and always have visibility over where your agreements are at all times.
With templates for your standard documents, it’s easy to generate and send out the employment agreement for signature as soon as the hiring decision is made. Your agreement template auto-populates with candidate data you’ve already entered.
How it works
This Connector runs on SAP Cloud Platform as a side-by-side extension solution for SuccessFactors. The solution is configurable and consists of the below three main components:
- Scrive Orchestrator (SuccessFactors Intelligence Service Center Component, takes care of mapping between SuccessFactors and Scrive Connector)
- Business Rules set in SAP
- Scrive Connector
The Connector is a package-based plug-in plan extension on SAP Cloud Platform, which can be customised depending on the customer/ business process. The Scrive eSign Connector will provide with the workflows the organisation in question needs, automating onboarding by providing integration capability and Workflow for Employee Onboarding.
