The process document name of the chosen document in Microsoft Office will now automatically inherit the “Document Title” field in the Word Plug-in integration.
You now have the option of choosing between visible and hidden approver as party roles in the Microsoft Office plug-in.
It has now been made possible for Scrive users to start a new process using templates in the Scrive plug-in through the MS Office services: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Now, users can choose between "Start new process" and "Start from template".
If the option "Start new process" is chosen, the service will continue exactly as it previously did. However, with the new addition of being able to use templates, users can now optimise their work by using the templates created and shared within their organisation.
How to get started
Follow the link below to find instructions on how to install the Scrive plug-in to either one of the MS Office services:
Once you have your Scrive plug-in ready, begin by navigating to the Scrive window and press "Start from template". Once you have chosen the template you want to continue with, you will be directed to the external Scrive design view where you can complete the settings for your document and start the signing process (see pictures down below).

If you cannot find the new addition of using templates in your MS Office service, you most likely don't have any available templates yet. To make templates available, you will either need to create one or let one of your colleagues share their template with you. You can have as many templates as you want in your Scrive account. Follow the link below to learn more about using templates:
1. Click "Start from template". 2. Choose your template.
3. Complete the settings for your document and press "Start signing".
