Why isn't document status updating automatically?
If the document status is to be updated automatically, callbacks from Scrive need to be able to reach Salesforce.
The automatic update relies on that the specific user that is logged in has granted Scrive access to Salesforce.
If this is already setup and the document status isn't updating automatically you may have to click "Erase token" to the left and then Grant access again.
