I'm an administrator and I can't delete one of our users?

For security reasons the possibility to delete a user disappears when the user has ongoing processes. This means that if you need to delete a user that has documents out for signing, you either need to wait until the documents have expired or withdraw the documents yourself.
To be able to withdraw a users document you need to be an administrator with the access to see the users documents, if you have this, you can follow the guide below to delete the user:
Scrive New:
If you're an administrator and the cross beside the user account is missing, this means that the user has an ongoing process that needs to be either completed or withdrawn to be able to delete the user.
To see all the documents that the user currently have active you can navigate to the "E-archive" and then filter out the documents under, in this case "Demo Account". You will then see all the ongoing processes.
Then you can check all the documents that you wish to withdraw and then click "Withdraw".
Or alternatively you can click into the document and click the "Withdraw" button there as well.
If you're having issues with a document, you can also click into the document and click on the "Withdraw" button there:
When all the documents are withdrawn and there are no ongoing processes, the cross will reappear and you can delete the user.
