How do I transfer a user into our company?

Scrive New:
If a user has by mistake created a user via our Get Started offer, their user will be placed in a new free company. If you want to move them into your own company structure, they need to be invited by an administrator. If you have administrator access, you can follow the instructions below:
To invite the user:
- Click Account, and then click Users:
- Click New user, and in the dialog enter the name and email of the person as well as the user group you want to invite the user to:
- Click Invite. The new user will receive an invitation to move their account into your account structure, and when they confirm via the link in the e-mail invitation, they are added to the list (the default role is Standard):
Scrive Classic:
To create a new user:
- From the top menu, click Account, and then click Users:
- Click New user, and in the dialog enter the name and email of the person as well as the user group you want to invite the user to:
- Click Invite. The new user will receive an invitation to move their account into your account structure, and when they confirm via the link in the e-mail invitation, they are added to the list (the default role is Standard):
