If you have Scrive New activated, off-boarding is easily setup by selecting the preferred off-boarding method after logging into scrive.com.
Navigate to the Off-boarding page via logging into scrive.com -> Account -> Integration Settings -> Off-boarding. Click "Connect" and connect with your SFTP credentials.
Host: Public IP address (also known as Server IP), alternatively your server name.
Username: The username of your SFTP user.
Password: The password for your SFTP user.
Folder: The name you want the new off-boarding folder to have.
After you've specified the correct credentials to your server and clicked "Save changes" you'll be redirected to the integration page and you'll now see that the "Status" for SFTP has changed to "OK".
When you have the connection done, it can take up to 24 hours before the connection between Scrive and your server is finalised. However when it's done, it only takes a couple of minutes before the documents get off-boarded.
The documents will be off-boarded to a folder with the name you specified under "Folder:" located in the root of your server.
