What do I do if I can’t login using Single Sign On (SSO)
SSO is used to give more control to a company by identifying a user at the company website instead of at the service provider (Scrive).
Currently SSO is only used for one of our services: Scrive Online.
SSO won't work with other Scrive add-ons like the Office-plugins, GO-printer, browser add-ons, nor the Salesforce APP.
If you can't login and your organisation is using SSO, you need to contact your local IT to help you with the login.
Users that are created by signing in with SSO cannot log in using the regular Scrive login page, you need to navigate to the organisation configured login site.
SSO needs to be setup by your organisation in collaboration with Scrive. If your organisation already has SSO setup, then you can contact the Scrive Support to have them activate this for your account. If not, contact your account manager in Scrive.
For Scrive users with administrator access:
When you invite new users they will not have SSO enabled, if they require SSO enabled you need to contact Scrive Support regarding this.
