If you have started a process and realize that one of the parties won't be signing the document, you will have to withdraw the document, restart the process and remove the signatory. The reason for this is that all the defined parties in a process needs to sign the document in order for Scrive to seal the document. When you withdraw and restart the process, every party needs to sign again even if they had already done so.
To withdraw a process, go to the e-archive and click on the document you wish to withdraw, then click on the Withdraw button.
To restart the process you need to click on the Restart button that now will show in the same place as the withdraw button were.
This will take you to editing mode and show the same setup as it did just before you started the last process.
You can now delete or change the party that shouldn't sign the document, and when you are done you simply start the signing process once again.
