If you have a free account in Scrive, you won't be able to use BankID as an authentication method. The reason for this is that there is a setup needed to customise BankID in order to display your company name to the customer in the BankID app. To get started with the setup, get in touch with our Sales department here.
If you have a Scrive license but can't use BankID, then the setup hasn't been done. Please get in touch with your contact person at Scrive to ask about the cost and setup procedure.
If your colleagues can use BankID but you don't have the possibility on your account, then please contact support@scrive.com and we will help you.
