In light of the GDPR, Scrive as a data processor don’t have the rights to access the customer's data, and therefore is unable to retrieve a signed document, only the parties in the process, the data controllers, have the rights to the documents. Therefore, we recommend that you contact the initiator of the process to have them send the documents to you.
In Scrive, documents are saved in what’s called the “e-Archive”. Every user in Scrive has access to their own e-Archive. Documents that are signed with the e-mail address used to register the account are automatically synced to your own e-Archive. If you’ve recently signed a document with Scrive but you haven’t gotten the signed PDF to your email, you can still acquire it by registering a Scrive account with the same email address as the one you signed with, your document will automatically be synced to your new account. This only works for signed documents dating back a maximum of 14 days.
