If the button for sending your document has disappeared, it’s probably one of these reasons:
- You have a 30 day free license and have already sent the maximum amount of 3 documents. If you’re interested in the service, you can reach our sales department via our Contact-form who can help you out with this.
- You are in "Editing template" mode, which means that you created a template from a previous process via the "Save to template" function. This redirects you to the e-Archive where you also can edit and delete templates, remove documents, and more. To be able to send the document you need to start a document from the template, this can be done either by clicking on "Start from template" if you're using Scrive Classic or navigating to "Templates" and selecting the template if you're using Scrive New.
