I need to change something in the document after it has been sent out, how can I do this?
In order to preserve the document's integrity, you cannot update information on a document once the process is started. Instead you will need to withdraw and restart the process. The exception is email, mobile number and social security number, to accommodate for misspellings that would prevent the delivery or signing of the document.
