Allow forwarding
If you don’t have the email address of the authorised signing party, or you aren’t sure who they are, you can send the document to an email address that you do know and enable forwarding so it gets to the right person.

How sign forwarding works:
- On the Add parties tab, check the Allow forwarding checkbox under Advanced settings to authorise the recipient to send the document to another person for signing:
- When the recipient opens the document to sign, they have the option to forward to another party:
- To forward the document, they just need to enter the Email address of the authorised signing party (there’s a place to write an optional note):
Just like every event in the signing process, details of the forwarding are captured and recorded in the evidence package.
