Scrive is designed so that you can select to place signing boxes in the document where the signatories draw their signatures. No matter if you choose to add signing boxes or not, Scrive’s evidence package includes all necessary evidence materials, including information about the document, the time and place where each party signed it, and images of your screen signing in real time. If you want your signing parties to sign by drawing their name, the drawn signatures will be placed inside the document and also included in the evidence package with everything else. The drawing itself does not make or break the legality of the contract.
