Monitor Scrive Callback status
It is common that the callback from Scrive does not reach Salesforce. Callback, in the application’s context, means Scrive Document event information sent from Scrive to Salesforce.
To confirm the callback is up and running:
- On the Scrive Admin Panel, click the Monitor Callback status button to kick off a batch to test the callback feature for all Scrive users.
- If the callback isn't working, feedback is provided to explain why.
- The most typical issue is that the profile does not have access to the apex class ScrivePublicCallbackService.
