Assign Scrive administrator privileges
In order to access the Scrive Admin Panel so you can sign in to Scrive and register your company and users, the Scrive administrator option must be checked in your Salesforce user profile.
To assign Scrive administrator privileges:
- Open your Salesforce user profile (Setup --> ADMINISTRATION --> Users --> Users):
- Click Edit.
- Under Additional Information, check the Scrive Administrator checkbox (if you don't find it, you need to add this field; go to the next section in this article):
- Click Save.
To add the Scrive Administrator field to your user layout:
- Go to the Object Manager, open the User object, and from the left menu click User Page Layouts:
- Click User Layout and locate the Scrive Administrator field in the top section:
- Click and drag the Scrive Administrator field to the Additional Information section:
- Click Save.
