There are several ways of exporting documents in Scrive. By navigating to your E-archive you can select one or multiple documents you’d like to export. Then, select to either download metadata associated with the documents, or to download the selected documents in a PDF format.
There is also a possibility to export documents automatically via our standard integrations to different database systems:

Each document you export is a PDF file containing the signed document, any attachments that were merged with the document, and verification information including the signatures and the event log describing each step of the signing process.
In this article:
To export a document (or multiple), navigate to the E-archive in the navigation menu to your left. Tick the boxes for the documents you wish to export and then choose Download selected documents, PDF in the field called Export. The selected documents will be downloaded through your web browser.
To export your documents:
- In your E-archive, click Documents.
- Select the documents you want to export.
- From the Export menu, select Download selected documents, PDF:
The selected documents will be downloaded through your web browser.
