Cancel/withdraw a signing process

Scrive New:
After you click Start signing, you can withdraw the document to cancel the signing process. An Admin user can withdraw a document sent by another user.
To cancel a signing process:
- From the top menu, click E-archive.
- Under All documents, open the document you want to withdraw. You will come to the Process page:
- Click Withdraw, in the upper right corner and then confirm your request.
If you want to restart the signing process, click Restart to go to the design view, and then click Start signing. You can also restart it from your E-archive.
Scrive Classic:
After you click Start signing, you can withdraw the document to cancel the signing process. An Admin user can withdraw a document sent by another user.
To cancel a signing process:
- From the top menu, click E-archive.
- Under Documents, open the document you want to withdraw. You will come to the status page:
- Click Withdraw:
- Click OK:
If you want to restart the signing process, click Restart to go to the design view, and then click Start signing. You can also restart it from your E-archive.
