User statistics

Scrive New:
Click on Dashboard in the menu to your left. This page gives an overview of the number of documents that have been sent and signed. You can choose to view statistics for a specific time period by adjusting the settings at the top of the page. Note that you can not view statistics older than 6 months.
Admin users can view the totals for the organisation as well as for individual users. Additionally, Admin users (with an Enterprise price plan) can view statistics for a specific user group, including or excluding child user groups. Standard users can only see their own statistics.
Option to download a CSV file with all statistics is located at the top right corner:
- Closed documents: Total number of documents that have been signed by all parties and sealed by Scrive with a digital signature.
- Sent documents: Total number of documents that have been sent for signing.
- Closed signatures: Total number of signatures that have been registered by Scrive. A single closed document can contain one or more closed signatures.
Scrive Classic:
The Usage stats page gives an overview of the number of documents that have been sent and signed. Daily statistics are shown for the past 30 days. Monthly totals only are shown for the past 6 months.
- Closed documents: Total number of documents that have been signed by all parties and sealed by Scrive with a digital signature.
- Sent documents: Total number of documents that have been sent for signing.
- Closed signatures: Total number of signatures that have been registered by Scrive. A single closed document can contain one or more closed signatures.
Admin users can view the totals for the organisation as well as for individual users (under Sender, click Organisation total to expand it):
Standard users can only view their own usage statistics:
