Error message when sending
If you receive an error message when you click Start signing, you may need to edit your data source. If so, make the needed changes in the original Excel file, then save it again as a CSV file.
Common sources of errors include:
- missing email addresses
- incorrect email address format
- incorrect mobile format (e.g., missing “+” before country code)
- missing data for text field set to Mandatory for sender
Mobile number format:
If Microsoft Excel removes the “+” before each mobile number, you can append a “+” using the TEXT formula:
where D1 is the cell with the mobile number.
