Test and send for signing:
Before sending the documents to all your parties, it is strongly recommended to perform a test:
- Create a copy of your original Excel file.
- Delete all but one of the parties in the spreadsheet.
- Change the email address to your own email address.
- Save the Excel file as a CSV file, and leave it open.
- On the Add parties tab, import the test CSV file, and confirm that there is only one party, with your email address.
- Click Start signing, and complete the signing process.
- If the results are what you expect, click Start from template, select the template you saved, and click Start signing. In your E-archive, there will be one document for each party on your list.
