When setting up your principal document (document to be signed), you can request the parties to provide attachments when they sign the document.
To request attachments:
- On the Other settings tab, click Request attachments to open the dialog:
- Click Add attachment to add a request form:
- Complete the fields. When set to Mandatory, the party selected under Request from must provide an attachment in order to complete the signing process (the file name does not need to match the name under Attachment title).
- Click Add attachment to add another request form.
- When finished, click Save. Your attachment requests are displayed on the Other settings tab:
