To manage the documents you frequently send as attachments, go to your E-archive. Documents you store here will be available to select when you add attachments on the Other settings tab (so you don't have to upload them).
- Click New attachment to upload a document to your attachment archive.
- Select an attachment and click Share to make it available to all the members of your organisation.
- Attachments you delete do not go to the Trash archive and cannot be recovered.
