The workflow options on the Other settings tab apply to all parties (for this document). To set party-specific workflow options, go to the Add parties tab.
By default, the file name of the PDF you uploaded to Scrive. You can edit the document name. When you save your work as a template, the default template name will be the document name.
Select the language for the invitation and confirmation messages. The selected language will apply to all parties.
Set a deadline of up to 365 days from the current date. Enter the number of days, or click the calendar icon to select a date. If all parties do not sign the document before the deadline, the document will no longer be available for signing. You will see the timed-out icon and message in your E-archive, and you will have the opportunity to extend the due date:
Send a reminder in
Enter the number of days, or click the calendar icon to select a date. X days after you initiate the signing process, a reminder will be sent to any party in the signing order who has received a signing invitation but not yet signed. You can also send reminders later from your E-archive.
Enter a custom message to appear on the invitation in addition to the default invitation text.
Enter a custom message to appear on the confirmation in addition to the default confirmation text.
