The Add parties tab is where you add the parties in your document signing process, enter information about each party, and set party-specific workflow options. To set global workflow options (apply to all parties), go to the Other settings tab.
The first party on the list will always be you (the sender). There will always be a second party by default. The red border indicates required information is missing:
To add a party:
- Click on a party to open the dialog:
- Click Close when you finish adding information and setting workflow options.
- Click Add party to add another party. Add multi send is for uploading a mailing list so you can initiate multiple signing processes at once.
